Bespoke writing of a whole school action plan to support SEN pupils including long and short term targets and presentation PPT for use to share with parens/governors and staff. Written by qualified SENCo. Undertaken remotely to include a meeting with leadership team/Head Teacher to discuss their personal requirements for the action plan.
