Service Description

Staff de-escalation training 60 minutes duration- max 50 delegates Whole school training to support staff with a range of strategies and techniques to reduce and manage negative and disruptive behaviours. This interactive training session gives staff an insight and understanding from perspective of Neurodivergent pupils within the class. Before providing a range of interventions, strategies, and techniques to reduce and manage negative behaviours and incidents within the classroom. Certification of attendance for CPD provided.
